I believe that people have become confused at what they should be eating and I want to change that. By helping you make simple changes to your diet and lifestyle, I aim to make you feel nourished, satisfied, energised, balanced and brimming with good health.

I understand how busy life is, so any diet and lifestyle advice will always be manageable. I will help you make changes that become a way of life so you continue to notice the improvements now and in the future.
Whether it is hot flushes, fatigue, brain fog or insomnia, my aim is to help you achieve the changes you want, so you can move through the menopause in the best possible way.
I began seeing Claire for reflexology and Nutritional Therapy to address my menopausal symptoms which included poor sleep, hot flushes, palpitations and poor digestion.
I couldn’t believe how different I felt after just one reflexology session. The relaxation effects were immediate and I soon noticed a reduction in frequency and severity of my hot flushes.
The whole Nutritional Therapy process was amazing. I have really enjoyed the experience and learned so much. Claire’s knowledge of diet and lifestyle practices is outstanding. Following each of the three consultations, I was provided with a report detailing everything we had discussed as well as information on techniques, supplements, tests and recipes. We worked very much in partnership towards my agreed goals, improving my digestion and menopausal symptoms.
I now feel I am in control of my menopausal symptoms rather than them being in control of me. I am sleeping better, have fewer and less severe hot flushes and no palpitations at all.

The 10-week programme worked brilliantly for me, being able to build on her recommendations after each video call meant I didn’t make a lot of changes all at once. I could see the positive effects of the small changes and was then keen to make further changes to continue the benefits. The written reports and recommendations were always clear and straight forward to follow. Clare always came back to me really quickly if I had any questions. Keeping a 5-day food, drink and lifestyle diary before the longer sessions was also really useful, it was fascinating to see what I was eating and when, it made me really consider what I wanted to eat.
I also appreciated Claire’s approach to my whole lifestyle not just my diet. I feel looking at everything together has made me make life long positive changes.
I really enjoyed each session and Claire’s enthusiasm for the subject and the benefits I was seeing made me want to learn more and embrace the changes and new foods I am enjoying.
